KEPRIBADIAN TOKOH UTAMA DALAM NOVEL RINAI KABUT SINGGALANG KARYAMUHAMMAD SUBHAN : SUATU TINJAUANPSIKOLOGI SASTRA

Abstrak

This research aims to describe the main character behavior of novel Rinai Kabut Singgalang by Muhammad Subhan who observe from personality aspect like id, ego, and super ego. The theory in this research is theory by Sigmund Freud. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The technique of data analysis who used in this research following: (1) data classification based on personality aspect behavior of main character like id, ego, and super ego, (2) data interpretasion who describe the caracter behavior, and (3) making a conslusion. Based on analysis data it founded 21 id aspect, 15 ego aspect, and 24 super ego aspect on novel Rinai Kabut Singgalang by Muhammad Subhan. Super ego aspect can controlled the boost who cause by id aspect and ego, it proven when character of Fikri have a living problem who make him give up of his live. Condition of ego at that moment making Fikri try to end his live, but the super ego booster making Fikri character realize that all problems on his life is only a trial and there is a wisdom from that all. Super ego aspect who more arise on novel Rinai Kabut Singgalang by Muhammad Subhan.
