Mathematics Learning Cycle process that takes place during the time in SMP Kartika 1-7 field is centered n knowledge teacher transfer. Todo research with the strategy of inquiry Learning Cycle approach in which each student must be active individually and in groups.The purpose of this study was to determine whether tho strategy of the learning cycle of inquiry approach can increase the activity of students in learning mathematics and knowing whether learning out comes of students of class VII SMP Kartika 1-7 meadow better after using the strategy of inquiry Learning Cycle approach compared with the results of teaching and learning ordinary. The population in this study wen students of class VII SMP Kartika 1-7 meadows the school year 2015/2016. The sample in this research in class VII1 as an experimental class and class VII2 as the control class.Activity of students in the experimental class in general has in creased in every meeting. Based on data from student learning out comes in samples of two classes, after the hypothesis test with the formula t-test the level  = 0,05 obtainable  and. Because >the hypothesis is accepted.
