Abstrak

Abstract

The learning process at Pertiwi 1Junior High School Padang showed that the students’ ability in communicative mathematic is still low, the students do not have books as learning resources, learning process is teacher centered and monotone. Therefore, one of the efforts is by using module in The Learning Cell method. The purpose of this research is to know students’ ability in communicative mathematic by implementing The Learning Cell method by using of module in class VIII of Pertiwi 1 Junior High School Padang and to know the students’ mathematic result by implementing The Learning Cell method by using module is better than students’ result by using old method. The population of the research is all students in class VIII at Pertiwi 1Junior High School Padang, academic years 2015/2016. Based on the result of the data of student’s ability in communicative mathematic by using module in The Learning Cell method in class VIII at Pertiwi 1 Junior High School Padang, it can be concluded that students’ communicative competence is good. The data of learning result in two class sample, Hypothesis-test is tested by using t-test on stage   and it is gained that, . Because  < so that the hypothesis is accepted, it means that the students’ mathematic result by implementing The Learning Cell method by using of module is better than students’ mathematic result by using old method in class VIII in Pertiwi 1 Junior High School Padang at academic years 2015/2016.
