KESANTUNAN DALAM TINDAK TUTUUR BERBAHASA MELAYU (STUDI KASUS: DI LINGKUNGAN AWAK KAPAL PELABUHAN CV. A.E.C BROTHERS SUNGAI GUNTUNG KECAMATAN KATEMAN KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR PROVINSI RIAU)

Abstrak

This research aimed to describe application  form of the principle of politeness speaking of ship’s crew at CV. A.E.C Harbour, Sungai Guntung, Kecamatan Kateman, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau. Theory used are according to Hymes (2010) and Rahardi (2005). This research is qualitative method with deacriptive method. Instrument of the research is researcher that equipped with a digital camera. Data collected by recording speechs dialog from ship’s crew to ship’s crew, ship’s crew to passenger. Data of research analyzed based on maxims of politeness. The result of the research founden there are 123 speechs of 49 speechs event. Based on data analysis found that: (1) there are 44 speeches obey and 79 speeches disobey maxim of wisdom, (2) there are 39 speeches obey and 84  speechs disobey maxim of wisdom, (3) there are 17 speeches obey and 106 disobey maxim of wisdom, (4) there are speeches 35 obey and 88 speeches disobey maxim of wisdom, (5) there are 21 speech obey and 102 speeches disobey maxim of wisdom, (6) there are 29 speeches obey and 194  speeches disobey maxim of wisdom. It can be concluded that ship’s crew in harbour CV. A.E.C Brothers, Sungai Guntung, doesnt good principle of politness because that found much infraction of principle of politeness which conducted by informant when speak in CV. A.E.C Brothers Harbour, Sungai Guntung, Kecamatan Kateman, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau. However infraction this politeness principle do not distrub comunication because that do conversation disposed that be aqual the age and the joke situation.
