The research of class action was motivated by the lowest of students’  interest and  learning outcomes in learning science at SDN 21 sungainanam of solok regency. There are some Problems in implementing the multimedia that can be happened at your school facilities such as electricity and other installations related to ICT, and the use of Computer. The purpose of this research is to Increase students’ interest and learning outcomes in learning Natural Sciences by using Multimedia in State Elementary School 21 sungai nanam''. The type of this research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles which is each consisting of two meetings and continued with achievement test. The subjects of study were students of SDN 21 sungai nanam grade v about 30 people composed of 11 men and 19 women. The instrument that used in this study is the observation Gazette interests of students, teacher activity sheet observation in the first cycle 71% in the second cycle of 96.4%, and the test results of the students' learning. From the results obtained based on the result of observation, thestudent interest can be concluded that the interests of students in the first cycle 54.7% and 80.1% in the second cycle, and increased student learning outcomes indicated by the average value of students in the first cycle of 70.00 in Cycle II 85.45 an increase of 15.45. It is recommended that teachers can choose any multimedia in learning in order to increase interest and student learning outcomes.
