Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to describe the increasing activities of asking questions, answering questions activity and student learning outcomes through multimedia flass third grade at SDN 08 East Pariaman. This research is a classroom action research, with the subject of third grade students at SDN 08 East Pariaman totaling 20 students. The research was conducted in the second semester of the 2015/2016 Academic Year. The research instrument used is the observation sheet teacher activities, student activity observation sheet, and a test sheet cognitive achievement levels of understanding (C2) students. Implementation of the science lesson on the theme multimedia events via flash grade III is progressing well. Based on the analysis of student activity observation sheet in asking and answering questions, found the percentage of students learning activities at each of the indicators has increased. Indicator 1 (asking questions) there is an increase in the first cycle of 52.5% and 70.0% the second cycle. In indicator 2 (answering) also found that the increase in the first cycle and the second cycle 65.0% 80.0%. Based on the results of the final test cycle, found to increase the level of understanding of cognitive learning outcomes (C2) sikluis I sebersar students from 60.0% to 80.0% for the second cycle is 20.0%. This means learning science through multimedia flash can increase the activity of asking questions, answering questions of activity and the level of understanding the cognitive learning (C2) in the third grade students of SDN 08 East Pariaman
