PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA SISWA KELAS IV DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL SQ3R DI SDN 02 KENAGARIAN SIGUHUNG LUBUK BASUNG
Abstrak
The purpose of this study to describe the increase in the reading skills of fourth grade students in learning Indonesian by using models SQ3R at SDN 02 Kenagarian Lubuk Basung. The opinions referenced are the views expressed by Dalman (2013) and Tarigan (2008) for reading skills, the model put forward the opinion SQ3R Taufik (2011) and Huda (2013), opinions Arikunto (2010) to analyze the data. This research is a classroom action research (PTK). The research subject is the fourth grade students of SDN 02 Kenagarian Siguhung Lubuk Basung totaling 17 students. The research instrument used in this study is the observation sheet activities of teachers, students' reading skill sheets and sheets of student learning outcomes. The results obtained by the average value of the first cycle of reading skills mastery 73.52 with 50.05% while the second cycle of the average value of 89.21 with a mastery of reading skills 76.46%. Thus, it can be said there was an increase 26.41% of students' reading skills. The results of the first cycle students learning completeness average gained 64.7% while the child is, the second cycle increased to 82.35%. Based on the results, it can be concluded that by using the model SQ3R can improve the reading skills of fourth grade students of SDN 02 Kenagarian Siguhung Lubuk Basung. Keywords : reading skills , learning model SQ3R, learning outcomes##submission.downloads##
