PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV MELALUI MODEL STUDENT FACILITATOR AND EXPLAINING PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS DI SD NEGERI 04 KAMPUNG OLO PADANG
Abstrak
This research is begins from the fact that the low activity of students in social studies learning. Therefore, to increase the activity of students in social studies learning Class Action Research conducted by using a model Student Facilitator and Explaining. The purpose of this research was to describe the increase in the activity of the students asked, answered questions, and demonstrate learning through a models Student Facilitator and Explaining. The subject of this research is the fourth grade students of primary school 04 Kampung Olo Padang totaling 27 students. The research instrument used is the observation sheet student learning activities, teacher activity observation sheet, sheet tests, field notes, and camera. Based on the research that has been conducted can be discovered that the average percentage of student activity asked in the first cycle 43% while the second cycle 79.83%, the average percentage of student activity answered questions in the first cycle 45,50% while the second cycle 77.10%, and the average percentage of students demonstrating learning activities in the first cycle 54,50% while the second cycle 81,25%. The average value of the test learning the first cycle is 61,35 and the second cycle is 80,71. From the results of this research concluded using a model Student Facilitator and Explaining can improve the learning activities of fourth grade students in learning social studies in primary school 04 Kampung Olo Padang.
