INCREASING INTEREST AND RESULTS OF LEARNING STUDENT LEARNING IN CLASS V PKn TEAMS WITH MODEL STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT

Abstrak

Low interest and student learning outcomes in learning civics in Class V SD Negeri 04 Bakir Tapan due to teacher-centered learning and rarely use models. Teachers use the lecture method in the learning process so that students are less actively involved. One of the efforts to encourage and increase student learning outcomes is to use cooperative learning model type STAD learning. The research instrument used was a questionnaire nature of this research, observation sheet student interest, teacher activity sheet, field notes, test sheets and cameras. Peneitian procedure consists of four phases of activities, including planning, implementation, pengamaan, and reflection. The subjects were researchers as a practitioner and teacher fifth grade students of SD Negeri 04 Bakir Tapan registered in the 1st half of the school year 2014-2015. The research data obtained through observation and tests. There is an increased interest in student learning in answering questions and discussion, it is seen from the percentage indicator scores student interest in asking which increases the first cycle of 40.47% to 85.71% in the second cycle. And interests of students in a discussion in which the first cycle of 33.32% to 78.57%. There is also an increase in students' cognitive learning outcomes which the first cycle of 30.09 into 80.90 in the second cycle. From this research we can conclude that there is an increased interest and learning outcomes in pembelajara civics class V students of SDN 04 Bakir Tapan after using the model of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD).
