This study aimed to describe the increase in creativity and learning outcomes of fourth grade students in learning science with the model of Problem Centered Learning in Elementary School. This research is a classroom action research. The subject of this study fourth grade students as many as 16 people. The research instrument used is sheet teacher observation, observation sheet student creativity and achievement test. From the research results, obtained an average score of students who study creativity curious tall and has an average percentage in the first cycle was 37,50% increased in the second cycle to 81,25%, the students are on the notion of a problem in the first cycle of 46,87% increase in cycle II to 90,62%, the students who expressed an opinion on the first cycle of 53,12% increased in the second cycle to 96,87%, and student learning outcomes in the first cycle by 37,5 increased in the second cycle becomes 87,5. From the results of this study concluded that, application of models Problem Centered Learning in science learning can enhance creativity and learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 02 Geringging Sungai Padang Pariaman district.
