PENINGKATAN KETERAMPILAN MENULIS KARANGAN DENGAN MODEL CONCEPT SENTENCE PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN 19 CUBADAK AIR UTARA KOTA PARIAMAN

This research is motivated by the lack of writing ability of students in the fourth grade elementary school 19 Cubadak Air Utara Kota Pariaman caused during the learning process less teachers to motivate students so that students are less interested in writing. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in the ability to write the fourth grade students in writing essays with the model Concept Sentence in SDN 19 Cubadak Air UtaraKota Pariaman. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 19 Cubadak Air UtaraKota Pariaman. The research instrument used is the observation sheet teacher activities, student activity observation sheet and test sheet student learning outcomes. The results showed that the model Concept Sentence can improve student learning outcomes in the first cycle by an average of 59 and rose to 80. The final conclusion is that learning Indonesian in essay writing using the model Concept Sentence was found to improve students' writing class IV SDN19 Cubadak Air UtaraKota Pariaman. Based on the results of this study suggested that teachers can apply the model Concept Sentence in learning Indonesian in improving students' writing skills.
