Abstrak

The purpose of this study to determine whether learning outcomes of students whose learning ICT implement cooperative learning model is better articulation of ICT learning outcomes of students whose learning applying conventional teaching students of class VII SMPN 4 VII Koto Sungai Sariak. Methods used were pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMPN 4 VII Koto Sungai Sariak, while the selected sample is a class VII-4 as the experimental class and VII-3 as the control class. Learning in the classroom experiments were conducted using cooperative learning model articulation, while the grade control using conventional learning / plain. Instruments in this study include a set of test tools such matters pretest and posttest. Based on the analysis evidenced by the average value of the final tests were obtained from both classes, namely 79,8 to 75,57 for the experimental class and control class. Based on test calculations gain index gained an average of 0,329 to 0,323 for the experimental class and control class. In addition, of the hypothesis test obtained by value sig (2-tailed):2 = 0,093:2 = 0,046 and α = 0,05 to obtain 0,046<0.05, then the hypothesis is rejected. Thus concluded that the learning outcomes of students who apply cooperative learning model is better articulation of learning outcomes of students who apply conventional learning.
