IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES AND LEARNING OUTCOMES IN CLASS IV IPA
Abstrak
This study aimed to describe the increase in activity and learning outcomes IPA fourthgrade students of SDN 06 Kinali West Pasaman. This research is a classroom action
research. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of three
meetings (including one meeting for a retrial). The subject of this study is the fourth
grade students of SDN 06 Kinali Kab. Pasaman Barat, totaling 25 people. The research
instrument used in this study is the observation sheet student activities, teacher activity
observation sheet, test and documentation of student learning outcomes. Based on the
research that has been carried out can be seen that the percentage of students who achieve
mastery learning in the first cycle is 56% and the percentage of students who achieve
mastery learning on the second cycle was 80%. From the analysis of the observation sheet
The activation Students ask and answer questions, obtained an average percentage of
observer in the first cycle was 57.5% while in the second cycle the average percentage
obtained from the observer is 73.4%. This means learning science by using STAD model
can enhance the activity of learning and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of
SDN 06 Kinali West Pasaman. Based on these results the authors suggested that teachers
can use STAD model to enhance the activity and learning outcomes of student learning.
