INCREASING ATTENTION AND STUDENT’S LEARNING OUTCOMES GRADUATE IV ON CIVIC EDUCATION THROUGH MODEL OF LESSON INSIDE-OUTSIDE CIRCLE AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 07 PADANG SAGO
Abstrak
Background of the research is motivated by the low attention and students learning outcomes about civic education. This is because teachers have not been used in varied learning model and learning  still centered on the teacher. Purpose of the research is to description the raise of attention on students grade IV, overload give a question aspect and collect information about lesson aspect, then to description the raise of students learning outcomes about substance of civic education on elementary school 07 Padang Sago. This research is a classroom action research. This research done two cycle. One cycle consisting of two convergence and one examination. The subyek of the research is 24 student’s. They are 13 boys and 11 girls. The instrument of the research  is sheets observation activity of teacher, sheets observation attention of student’s, a sheet examinaton of student’s learning outcomes and camera. The results showed on the implementation of the first cycle of attention of student’s to give a question aspects earn a percentage of 58,3% and increased in the second cycle to 77,06% and to collect information about lesson aspect earn a percentage 62,55 on fist cycle and increase in the second cycle to 77,08%. Kognitif aspects of student learning outcomes (understanding) in the first cycle of students who completed only 14 peoples (58,3%) with average value 66,87 but this isn’t reach of target as big as 75% and got increased in the second cycle to 19 student’s (79,16%) wit average value 79,37. The conclusion, model of learning Inside-Outside Circle can increase the attention and student learning outcomes in civic education on graduate IV elementary school 07 Padang Sago. Based of the research, researcher propose the teacher to use model of learning Inside-Outside Circle in the lesson to increase attention and students learning outcomes.
