The purpose of this study was to describe the activity and student learning outcomes in science learning model Learning Circuit in fourth grade SDN 29 Ulak Karang Utara Padang. This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one final exam cycle. The subjects were students of class IV SDN 29 Ulak Karang Utara, totaling 30 people. The research instrument used is the observation sheet student learning activities, teacher observation sheet aspect in learning, test results of students' cognitive learning. Based on the test results of students' cognitive learning gained an average of cognitive learning outcomes of students in the first cycle and a 64.3 increase in cycle II to 79.6. While the completeness of the first cycle 50% increase in cycle II of 86.6%. Based on the results of student activity observation sheet, obtained by percentage of student learning activities in the first cycle increased 62.4% to 88.3% in the second cycle. This means learning science by using model Circuit Learning can improve learning outcomes of students in the fourth grade SDN 29 Ulak Karang Utara Padang. Based on these results, the researchers suggested that teachers can use the model Circuit Learning in learning to improve student learning outcomes.
