Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to design and produce web-based learning constructivism that can be accessed by students and teachers easy. In this study the authors use the method waterfall (waterfall) presents approaches life forms, software analysis and sorted. The steps carried out by the waterfall method is an analysis (analysis of software requirements), design (design input, output design, and design files), encoding (the application into a software design), testing (to minimize mistakes). Web learning  by experts testing has been done and declared fit for use. After learning this web implemented on SMP Kartika 1-6 Padang effectiveness resulting value was 84% at both criteria.
