IMPROVING STUDENTS ACTIVITIES CIVICS EDUCATION ACHIEVEMENT BY USING MODEL BEYOND CENTER ANDCIRCLE TIME (BCCT)
Abstrak
This research was aimed to decribe the improvement of activities by using games and to describe the improvement of students comprehension and  responsibility in learning Civics education by using Beyond Center And Circle Time (BCCT) at the VA students of SDN 35 Pagambiran, Padang. Beyond Center And Circle Time (BCCT) is learning while playing which students centered. This research was Classroom Action Research. The participants of this research were the VA students of  SDN 35 Pagambiran. There were 31 participants. This research was conducted in the second semester students in academic year 2015/2016. The instruments used were observation sheets of teacher activity, observation sheets of student activity, observation sheets of affective aspects and the result of students test. The finding of this research shows that the average of percentage of students by using games in cycle one 48.88% increased in the cycle two into 83.84%.  The average of the students achievement in affective aspects (responsibility level) in the cycle one was 77.95 with the level of completeness 61.29%  increased in the cycle two into 86.55 with level of completeness 80.65% . The average of the students’ achievement in cognitive aspects of students' comprehension in the cycle one got a percentage of completeness 45.16% increase in the cycle two into 83.33%. It means that, Beyond Center And Circle Time (BCCT) model can improve the students activities and achievement at the VA students at SDN 35 Pagambiran, Padang.
