PENINGKATAN PARTISIPASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV PADA PEMBELAJARAN PKn MELALUI MODELLEARNING START WITH A QUESTION DI SDN 34 SIGUNTUR TUA
Abstrak
This research  background by lack of result and participation learn student at subject of PKn. Target of this research is to improve result and participation learn cognition and class student afektif of IV SDN 34  Siguntur Tua. this Type Research is classroom action research (PTK). Subjek in this research of class student of IV SDN 34 Siguntur Tua, which amount to 19 student people. this Research instrument is participation observation learn student, observation sheet activity of teacher, sheet assessment of ability of aspect of afektif and student of tes result of learning student. Pursuant to result of research can know that average value result of learning is cognate of student is 60,11 with complete percentage 57,89% at cycle of I mount to become 80,95 with complete percentage 78,95% at cycle of II, ability of aspect of afektif student of is average value 59,21 with percentage 42,10% at cycle of I meningkata become 82,24 with complete percentage 68,42% at cycle of II. Result of research can be concluded that in study of PKn model study of Learning Start With A Question [in] SDN 34 Siguntur Tuacan improve result and participation learn student. Pursuant to result of this research of researcher suggest that teacher can apply model study of Learning Start With A Question.
