PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement studying result IPA (science) by using problem solving method for students in the fifth grade at SD Islam Jihad Padang Panjang.. The kind of this research is a classroom action research. The subject of this research is students in the fifth grade with total number 27 students. Based on the result, this research showed that the result of students cognate domain on the last cycle test from average value 70,11 with complete 51,85% in the 1^st cycle improve become average value 79,52 with complete 81,48% in the 2^nd cycle. The studying result of student in the aspect afective from average value 70,07 with complete 55,56% in the 1^st cycle improve become average value 80,99 with complete 81,48% in the 2^nd cycle. The studying result of students in the aspect psikomotor from average value 66,20 with complete 55,56% in the 1^st cycle improve become average value 81,49 with complete 83,35% in the 2^nd cycle. Based on the result of this research, it can conclude that learning IPA(science) by using problem solving method can improve the studying result of students. It suggested for teacher to use problem solving method as one of method in learning at Elementary school by calculating time as efficiently as possible.
