Abstrak

Abstract

This study purpose to describe the learning outcome of students in science learning with model Project Based Learning (PjBL) in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 04 Taeh Baruah Payakumbuh District. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The subjects were students of class IV, amounting to 18 people. Instruments used in the study was the observation sheet of teacher learning activities, observation sheet of psychomotor student learning outcomes, student learning outcomes observation sheet of affective domain, and a test sheet end of the cycle. Based on the results of the study showed an increase in psychomotor learning outcomes of students in the cycle I with an average value of 71.5 with the success of student learning 50% increase in cycle II with an average value of 84.0 with a 88.9% success of student learning. Improving student learning outcomes of affective domain in the cycle I  with an average value of 67.4 with a 38.9% success of student learning, increased in the cycle II with an average value of 82.3 with a 83.3% success of student learning. Improved cognitive learning outcomes of students in the cycle I with an average value of 67.9 with students learning completeness of 55.6%, increase in cycle II with an average score of 84.4 to 83.3% of students learning completeness. From this research, it was concluded that the learning outcomes of students in learning science can be enhanced with the model Project Based Learning.
