This research is motivated by the lack of class IV student learning outcomes in learning mathematics in SDN 13 Batang Anai. The purpose of this study to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students in learning mathematics by using model Think Talk Write in SDN 13 Batang Anai. This research is a class act, with the subject of researchers 26 students consisting of 13 male and 13 female students of class IV SDN 13 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman district. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four sessions and added one final test cycle. The instrument used in this study is the observation sheet teachers, and students' test sheets. Based on the test results of the research conducted in the first cycle with an average value of 63.27 with the percentage of completeness 50% increase in cycle II with an average value of 85.38 with 84.62% the percentage of completeness. Based on the results of this study concluded that learning mathematics by using model Think Talk Write to improve learning outcomes fourth grade students at SDN 13 Batang Anai.
