The purpose of this study is to describe about increased oral activity and the student learning outcomes used to cooperative learning type Make A Match in elementary school number 13 Ikur Koto Kecamatan Koto Tangah. The type of this research is classroom action research, the data in this research is the student doservation of activity,aspects of teacher and the result test .The subject in this research is the fourth students in elementary school number 13 Ikur Koto Kecamatan Koto Tangah,the total of students are twenty one .The research of instrument was a paper observation of teacher and then result test .The result were obtained siklus I 63,6% from students of oral activity increasing to 83,9% from siklus II the percent of implementation to cooperative learning type Make A Match in siklus I 64,8% and to siklus II 81,4%.While the success student in siklus I is 61,9% with average value 70,0 and siklus II is 80,9% with average value 81,1.The conclude in science learning used the cooperatve type Make A Match can be increasing the activity and the result tes student of fourth class in elementary school number 13 Ikur Koto Kecamatan Koto Tangah .According the research,the suggestion for the teacher can be apply the cooperative type Make A Match in science learning well in accordance with the material being taught.
