PELAKSANAAN PEMENUHAN HAK DAN KEWAJIBAN GURU BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG NO 14 TAHUN 2005 DI KECAMATAN LUBUK TAROK

Abstrak

The background of this research is based on the contents specified in Articles 14 and 20 of Law No. 14 of 2005, researchers noticed that some rights and obligations of teachers unfulfilled, such as lack of legal protection for teachers and lack of competence of teachers in the areas of professionalism. This study aims to see how the fulfillment of the rights and duties of teachers under Law No 14 of 2005 in the District of Lubuk Tarok. This research is descriptive. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. In this study, the samples are teachers who teach in junior high and high school in the District of Lubuk Tarok and Education Department officials. The results of this research is on the role of local government in the implementation of the rights and obligations of teachers has been running optimally. programs of the local government regarding the fulfillment of the rights of teachers has been running well, especially in the competence development of teachers and legal protection of local government. Which has not been met, the completion of pre facilities and infrastructure and the lack of competence of teachers in the operation of computer hardware and software learning format that often changed.
