IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN DAERAH NO. 3 TAHUN 2007 TENTANG TERTIB JALUR HIJAU TAMAN DAN TEMPAT UMUM KOTA SAWAHLUNTO

Abstrak

The background study the ineffectiveness of the application of Regulation No. 3 of 2007 on Public Order and Peace Society of Sawahlunto city. The research objective to describe the process of curbing green belt area and public areas, enforcement against violators of green lanes and public places and constraints in the implementation of Regulation No. 3 Year 2007 in Sawahlunto. This type of research is descriptive. Research instrument was the questionnaires, observation sheets and questionnaires. The results of this study show that: 1) The process of curbing green belt area and public places in Sawahlunto 2014 warning 15 offenders and 76 cases of policing, community sensitivity to the process of curbing agree (100%), community empowerment to Regulation No. 3 2007 (100%), corresponding regulation (100%) and beneficial for the community (100%). Civil Service Police Unit in policing coordinate with Social Services, 2) Law enforcement against violators of green lanes and public places in Sawahlunto perpetrated by the Civil Service Police Unit by conducting patrols around to see where the activity of selling and disposal of farm animals and when people found then agree the law enforcement process against the infringer (60%) as a lot of people who claim to disorderly in enforcing the Regulation No. 3 2007 Sawahlunto (60%) and 3) Constraints in the implementation of Regulation No. 3 Year 2007 in Sawahlunto faced by Civil Service Police Unit is communication, human resources and the lack of sanctions he said. Number of members of Civil Service Police Unit Sawahlunto numbered only 42 people. It can be concluded that the implementation of the Regulation No. 3 Year 2007 in Sawahlunto has been running pretty well
