Abstrak

The goal of this research is to determine whether the Cooperative Script model is better than the usual learning. Students just receive what is given by the teacher during the learning process, such as hear the teacher explanation, and then copy the notes given by the teacher. The passive of students in the learning process due to not want to ask the teacher about the material, and when the teacher explains the material does not occur on feedback from students (interaction between teachers and students or students with students are not going well), so that students do not understand material. This type of learning produces a student low achievement in TIK subjects. The researcher use experimental Research as the method. Hypothesis in this study is the student learning by using Cooperative Script model is better than the learning regular learning in class VIII SMPN 27 Padang. This type of research is an experimental research. The population is class VIII SMPN 27 Padang on the academic year 2015/2016 which comprises 5 classes. For sampling, the researcher use sampling techniques. The class VIII 5 selected as the experimental class and VIII 3 as the control class. The instrument used was a test of learning outcomes. Hypothesis testing is done by using the differences the average - average at the level of α = 0.05. The second table shows that the value of T with the same variant was 1.7, then compared with T table, because the test one hand, the T count is in the region of rejection, so h1 rejected. If using a Prob (Sign), it must be divided by 2, ie 0,89 / = 0.042 less than 0.05, then h1 rejected. Based on the results of normality test, homogeneity, equality test and hypothesis test, it can be concluded that the student achievement will be better by using cooperative script learning model than the usual learning model.
