Abstrak

The background of this research was the lack of society that can’t not a good healty services. It is by the lack of services time of healty and lack of attitude medical staf in serving the patient, and healty services procedure and the long waiting time to get services, it gives affect delay in the treatment. The purposes of this research are : 1) To describe society percepsion in gething medical services in Singingi disticts. 2) To determine the attitude (attitude) medical officer in serving patients in Singingi subdistrict health center. 3) To describe the procedure of health services at the health center Singingi subdistrict. Type of research is qualitative. The instrument used is the observation sheets, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the public perception of medical services at the health center Muaralembu and  betel river when viewed from the level of satisfaction of the people who receive health services is very high when viewed from the timeliness of care in community health center Muaralembu undecided 42,2%, and for timeliness in community health center betel river undecided 33,3%. Public perception of the friendliness and attitude (attitude) medical officer in the service of patients is lacking. The public perception of health care procedures in Singingi healt services in the district have been done quickly and accurately.
