HUBUNGAN PEMANFAATAN LABORATORIUM DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA BIOLOGI SISWA KELAS VII SMPN 31 PADANG

Abstrak

This research aims to know the relationship of the utilization of laboratory results with learning the IPA-biology grade VII 31 SMP field. The study was descriptive in nature with a population of 160 grade VII 31 228 the field listed on the 2nd semester of the academic year 2015-2016, with a sample of 40 students. This research is variable variable X (utilization of laboratory) and the variable Y (the results of the study of Biology). There are two types of data, i.e., data regarding the utilization of laboratory (primary data) using the now and (skunder data) in the form of the results of the study of biology students are concerned that in IPA-teachers get from biology, namely the value of Deuteronomy daily subjects on praktikumkan. Data analysis using SPSS 16.0 and correlation formula product moment. From the results of research utilization laboratory obtained the highest average rating to the lowest activity sub variables found in the laboratory with a high category 4.59, practical preparation with high category 4.43, State laboratory 4.35 with categories being, reports and evaluations 4.27 by category medium, implementation time practical 3.73 by category. Correlation analysis of the utilization of laboratory results with learning to use SPSS 16 obtained significant 0.890 r = 0.00 0.01 can then < inferred that the relationship between the two variables the utilization of laboratory and the results are significant at the level of the learning trust tarap 0.01 or 99% indicates a very strong relationship between utilization of laboratory with the results of the study of biology.
