ANALISIS CAMPUR KODE PADA LIRIK LAGU DALAM ALBUM RESPECT UNITY FOR ALL BONDAN PRAKOSO AND FADE TWO BLACK

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to describe the direction and the cause of mixing code on the song lyrics of Bondan Prakoso and Fade Two Black in Respect Unity For All album. The theories used were the theory of Nursaid and Maksan (2002) and theory song lyrics by KBBI (2001). The type of this research was qualitative research. The data of this research were the lyrics of songs in the album Respect Unity For All by Bondan Prakoso and Fade Two Black that containts mixing code. Based on the analysis, there were inner code mixing and outer code mixing on the album Respect Unity For All by Bondan Prakoso and Fade Two Black. Inner code mixing was caused by identification of variation and it was found 3 data from 10 lyrics. Outer code mixing was caused by the identification of variation, the limitations of the use of mixing code, and the use of the more popular term and it was found 118 data from 10 lyrics. Therefore, based the results of data analysis can be concluded that in the song lyrics on Respect Unity For All album by Bondan Prakoso and Fade Two Black was dominated by outer code mixing.
