PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV PADA PEMBELAJARAN PKn MELALUI PENDEKATAN TEAM ASSISTED INDIVIDUALIZATION DI SDN 05 BUNGO PASANG PADANG
Abstrak
Based on observations of researchers on February 04 and February 11, 2016 in the fourth grade SDN 05 Bungo Pasang Padang, researchers are finding problems that occur in learning. In terms of both teachers and students. This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes fourth grade students at SDN 05 Bungo Pasang Padang. Can be seen in daily test results of students still rendah. From 23 students were only 6 students (26.1%) were completed. Meanwhile, 17 students (73.9%) who did not complete. in addition to the ability of such students discuss in groups remains low. The results of observations of investigators showed that of the 23 students seen just 8 students (34.8%) were able to cooperate in carrying out group discussions. The purpose of this study was to describe the learning outcome of fourth grade students in learning civics through Approach Team Assisted Individualization in SDN 05 Bungo Pasang Padang. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) is conducted in two cycles. The subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 05 Bungo Pasang Padang as many as 23 people. The instrument used sheet teacher activity observation, observation sheet student learning activities, and achievement test sheet. The average of learning outcomes in the form of final test cycles increased from 56.52% in the first cycle, and increased to 82.60% in the second cycle. The resulting scores average percentage of learning activities of students in the first cycle to the second cycle is an indicator of cooperation from 68.1%, increasing to 84.8%. From the above results it can be concluded that learning civics through Team Assisted Individualization approach can improve learning outcomes fourth grade students at SDN 05 Bungo Pasang Padang.
