Abstract

The important of teacher character in teaching thus the teacher can create the condusive learning environment. Wiht the good perception to the teacher, it makes students more motivating to learn and good learning outcome. Thus, the researcher does the reseacrh about the students perception to the teacher to create the conducive learning environment and the its relationship to the outcome of mathematic learning in grade XI MIA SMAN 3 PADANG. The purpose of this redearch is to knoe and analyze the relationship of students perception to the teacher to create the conducive learning environment and the its relationship to the outcome of mathematic learning in grade XI MIA SMAN 3 PADANG. This type is correational research. The sample was taking by purposive samling. The instrumentations are essay and questionaire. From the data analyze, it can be conclude that students perception to the teache is good. With the linier regretion equality. The is a relationship betwen the students perception to the teacher to create the conducive learning environment and the its relationship to the outcome of mathematic learning in grade XI MIA SMAN 3 PADANG. The percentage of relationship betwen the students perception to the teacher to create the conducive learning environment and the its relationship to the outcome of mathematic learning is 2,20%.
