PENERAPAN MODEL COOPERATIVE LEARNING TIPE MAKE A MATCH PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS X SMAN 2 LINTAU BUO

Abstract

The low outcome of students’ mathematic learning grade X at SMAN 2 Lintau Buo caused by some factors, one of them is students tend to remember the formula rather than practice the exercise. To solve this, we might apply the Cooperative Learningmodel type Make a Match. The purpose of this study is to figure out students’ result on mathematic learning.This is an experimental research. The populationsare the students of grade X at SMAN 2 Lintau Buo. Sample are taken by purposive sampling and selected X.3 as experimental class and X.4 as control class. The result showed thatthe learning outcomes of students learning mathematics applying the Cooperative Learningmodel type Make a Matchwas better than the result of mathematics learning by using the regular learning model.
