Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in the ability to ask, answer and disciplines fifth grade students in learning by using a model Civics Numberead Head Together at SDN 08 Siluak Sawah, South Solok. This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one final exam cycle. The subjects were fifth grade students at SDN 08 Siluak Sawah, South Solok regency, which amounted to 14 students. The research instrument used was the observation sheet affective student assessment, teacher observation sheet teaching activities, students' test results, field notes. Based on the research results, answer questions the ability of the students in the first cycle of 49.99%, 42.85% answered questions and discipline while learning to 57.15% with an average value of learning 64.28% in the first cycle and the second cycle indicator for asking questions 78.56%, 71.42% answered questions and discipline of students while learning 78.57%. The average value of learning in the second cycle of 75.35%. With the data above means learning civics using Numberead Head Together models can improve student learning outcomes in primary school class V 08 Siluak Sawah Solok Selatan.
