HUBUNGAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN DISIPLIN BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR (TIK) KELAS XI DI SMA PGRI 1 PADANG

Abstrak

This type of research is a descriptive correlation. This research would like to see emotional intelligence and discipline of learning affect learning outcomes grade XI SMA Padang 1 PGRI lessons year 2015/2016. In this study, the researchers distributed questionnaires and achievement test with sample class. Student achievement data obtained from test results that have been studied by researchers in RPP from teachers of subjects information and communication technology (TIK), the data reflected students ' information technology and subject of the communication. In addition, data from emotional intelligence and discipline to learn from questionnaires collected by use of a likert scale Reliability and validity have been tested. Correlation and regression were analyzed by using SPSS version 20 of statistical methods. The results show that: (1) the emotional intelligence of contributing 89.49% against the learning outcomes of TIK students. This means that emotional intelligence influence learning they obtain results, (2) Learning Disciplines contribute of 11.35% against the Learning Outcomes, (3) emotional intelligence and discipline Learning collectively contribute of 91.01% against the results of the study, the higher the emotional intelligence of students in teaching and learning and getting better discipline of study, then study the higher the results anyway. From the study, it can be concluded that the emotional intelligence and discipline has been learning applies to student achievement.
