Abstrak

ABSTRACT

 

This study aimed to describe the educational value of the short story collection "Kaki yang Terhomat" which Gus tfSakai. The theory used is the theory about the value of education raised by Aminuddin (2002), the theory forward by Maharimin on a short story (1999) and intrinsic elements proposed by Nurgiyantoro short stories (2002). This type of research is qualitative descriptive method. The object of this study is the short story "Kaki yang Terhomat" by Gus tf Sakai. Based on the analysis of five short stories contained in a collection of short stories " Kaki yang Terhomat" by Gus tf Sakai entitled "Upit", "Melihat Ibu", "Lebaran, Jangan, Jangan", " Kaki yang Terhomat" and "Kak Ros" , found 91 data. Include: (1) the value of moral education 40 of data, (2) the value of religious education as many as 21 of data, (3) the value of social education as much as 30 data. Way of submitting education values pass : (1) characterization and figure counted 38 data, (2) plot or path counted 18 data, (3) or background of setting counted 16 data. Of data analysis can be informed that education value which is moreby author to education of moral and education of social. The values submitted many to characterization and figure, figure.
