IMPROVING STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES CLASS ON LEARNING IPS USING A CONCEPT MODEL OF SENTENCE IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF SABBIHISMA I GUNUNG PANGILUN PADANG

Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to describe standard value of learning  Student from cognitive aspect level concept and afective to IPS learning in grade VI by using model of concept sentence at the Elementary School of Sabbihisma I GunungPangilun Padang. The kind of this research is Class Action Reasearch (RAC). The research subject is student in grade six at Sabbihisma Elementary School I GunungPangilun Padang the amount of 28 studet. This research is carried out to odd learning education year 2016/2017. Instrumet used in making this research is project paper of the teacher activity observation, the project paper of learning value evaluation of the student affective aspect, and the project paper of learning value cognitive aspect. Based on research value average learning value to aspect cogitive about level student concept to cycle I is 69,96 by completeness level is 39,28% to increase for the second cycle II become 80,17 by completeness level 85,71%. Average result learning of affective aspect to work together with the student to cycle I is 74,39 by competeness level 35,71% ad cycle II average value get 94,04 by completeness 89,28%. In this case is mean IPS subject is used the learning methode concept sentence get result to learn student in grade VI at Elementary School of Sabbihisma I GunugPangilun Padang. Based on the research get conclussion that learing model of the concept setence can increase the learnig value.
