Abstract

The purpose of this research to result a teaching materials in the form handouts with scramble learning model and glossary that valid  dan practicalities as determined. Collecting data in this research using a validity  and practicalities questionnaire. Research population is all students grade XI MAN 3 Padang. Availability of of teaching materials in MAN 3 Padang  just a worksheet and textbooks. Assessment validator shows that of  a teaching materials in the form handouts with scramble learning model and glossary very worthy and valid is used as of teaching materials for learning. results of the data analysis showed that the of teaching materials have a score validity 94,8%.  The criteria very valid  so that worthy and valid theoretically. Teaching materials have criteria very practice with the practicalities of the teacher was 92,95% and student was 91,20% with criteria very practice. Therefore, the development a teaching materials in the form handouts with scramble learning model and glossary in the material respiratory system of human and animal grade XI IPA MAN 3 Padang is very valid and very practice is used on learning process.
