Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in science learning model-Rehearsal Practice Pairs in class IV SDN 19 Aur Malintang, Padang Pariaman regency. This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one final exam cycle. The subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 19 Aur Malintang, which numbered 20 people. The research instrument used was the observation sheet student learning outcomes affective, psychomotor observation sheet student, teacher observation sheet aspect in learning and test results of students' cognitive learning. Based on the test results of students' cognitive learning gained an average of cognitive learning outcomes of students in the first cycle is 70.7 and increased in the second cycle becomes 83.2. While the percentage of completeness in the first cycle 55% increase in cycle II 85%. Based on the observation sheet affective student learning outcomes, obtained percentage affective learning outcomes of students in the first cycle of 74.9 rose to 78.8 in the second cycle and based on the results of the observation sheet of students psychomotor outcomes, psychomotor results obtained percentage of students in the first cycle 71, 8 increased to 77.5 in the second cycle this means learning science by using model pratice Rehearshal Pairs can improve learning outcomes of students in the fourth grade elementary school 19 Aur Malintang. Based on these results, the researchers suggested that teachers can use the model-Rehearsal Practice Pairs in learning to improve student learning outcomes.
