Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching dalam Pembelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Siswa Kelas VIII SMPN 27 Padang
Abstrak
This study aims to determine whether the ICT learning outcomes of students who apply reciprocal teaching learning model is better than the ICT learning outcomes of students who apply conventional learning. The learning process Information and Communication Technology in class VIII SMPN 27 Padang is still centered on the teacher, and the majority of students are less daring submit questions during the learning process. This has an impact on learning outcomes of ICT students to be low. Efforts should be made to overcome that is by applying the learning model reciprocal teaching. This type of research is an experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 27 Padang in the academic year 2016/2017. The sample consists of two randomly selected class is class VIII.3 (experimental) and VIII.5 class (control). Based on the data obtained by analysis of learning outcomes in the experimental class has an average value of 78.63 and the control class has an average value of 68.88. After testing the hypothesis by using Independent sample T test obtained by value p (sig) = 0.002, while the value (α = 5% and df = 62). So p (sig) 0.002 <(α) of 0.05, H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. If the hypothesis H1: μ1> μ2 received while H0: μ1 = μ2 rejected. So it can be concluded that the ICT learning outcomes of students who apply reciprocal teaching learning model is better than the ICT learning outcomes of students who apply conventional learning.
