HUBUNGAN DAYA LEDAK OTOT TUNGKAI DAN KELENTUKAN TUBUH DENGAN KETEPATAN SMASHATLET PUTRA BOLAVOLI KLUB KILAT KOTA PADANG

Abstrak

ABSTRACT

Vollyball players should master the basic technigue in playing volleyball.One of the important positions is the acuracyofsmash,smash is affected by several aspects,They are leg muscle explusive power and flexibility.based on these,the researcher wanted to fint out the relationship between leg muscle explosive power and flexibility with the accuracy of smash of men’s volleyball athletes Padang.

The population of this research was men’s volleyball athletes from Padang.There were 25 players. All of the sample(total sampling) in this research.The instrumentation in this research was vertical jump test,flexiometertest,diagonal and frontal smash.The research hyphotesis were (1)  there was a relationship between leg muscle explosive power with the accuracy of smash .(2) There was a relationship between flexibility and the acuracy of smash. (3) there was a relationship between leg muscle explosive power and flexibility with the accuracy  of smash .The data was analized by using parametric statisti’c on the significance of  0.05α  with correlation formula.

The results of the research were (1) there was a significance relationship between leg muscle explosive power with the accuracy of smash,the coefficient corelation was r_x1y 0,406 with t_hit 2.1306 >t_tab 1.714,the value of determination was R² 0,165, independent variable was 16,5%. (2) There was a significance relationship between flexibility with the accuracy of smash ,the coefficient corelation  was r_x2y 0.452 with , t_hit 2.4301 >t_tab 1.714,the value of determination R² 0.204,independent variable was 20.4%. (3) There was a significance relationship between leg muscle explosive power and flexibility with the accuracy of smash R_x1x2y 0.077 with F_hit 5.7617 >F_tab 3.44 the value of determination was R² 0.343,independent variable was 34.3%. In conclusion the were significance relationship between two variables (leg muscle explosive power and flexibility) with the accuracy of smash.
