THE STUDY OF THE PERFORMANCE OF PHYSICAL, SPORTS AND HEALTHEDUCATION TEACHER IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN KECAMATAN LUBUK BASUNG, KABUPATEN AGAM DURING LEARNING AND TEACHING PROCESS IN ACCORDANCE OF KTSP 2006

Abstrak

ABSTRACT

This research is begun according to the field observation with the aim to find out about the performance of physical, sports and health education teacher in Elementary School in KecamatanLubukBasung, KabupatenAgam. This is descriptive research, which means revealing the learning planning, the performance and evaluation in physical, sports and health education in Elementary School in KecamatanLubukBasung, KabupatenAgam.

The population of this research is the teachers of physical, sports and health education in Elementary School in KecamatanLubukBasung, KabupatenAgam whom registered in school year 2016/2017 and implement KTSP 2006 with total of 30 teachers. The technique used for sampling is total sampling. The instrumentation for collecting data is using questionnaire which is spread among the correspondent. The collected data is checked and grouped into the table. The analysis is done by counting the frequency and answer percentage. The data obtained in field is processed using score scalalikert  which is: strongly agree/ sangatsetuju (SS), agree/setuju (S), doubtful/ragu-ragu (RR), Disagree/Tidaksetuju (TS), Strongly Disagree/ sangattidaksetuju (STS).

The result of this research as followed: achievement score for learning planning variable is 73.61%, considered as fair. Achievement score for learning performance is 70.67%, considered as fair. Achievement core for learning evaluation is 75.5%, considered as fair. Therefore, it can concluded that physical, sports and health education teacher in elementary school in KecamatanLubukBasung, KabupatenAgam reached the score 73.26% which is considered as fair.
