The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in learning civics model of Mind Mapping in the fourth grade SDN 18 Bungo Pasang. This research is a classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings and one final exam cycle. The subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 18 Bungo Pasang, which numbered 20 people. The research instrument used was the observation sheet affective student learning outcomes, teacher observation sheet aspect in learning, test results of students' cognitive learning, and cameras. Based on the test results of students' cognitive learning gained an average of cognitive learning outcomes of students in the first cycle of 67 and increased in the second cycle to 79. While the percentage of completeness in the first cycle 55% increase in cycle II 85%. Based on the results of the observation sheet affective student learning outcomes, obtained percentage affective learning outcomes of students in the first cycle increased 68.7 to 84.68 in the second cycle. This means learning civics using Mind Mapping models to improve learning outcomes of students in the fourth grade SDN 18 Bungo Pasang. Based on these results, the researchers suggested that teachers can use Mind Mapping models in learning to improve student learning outcomes.
