PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA DENGAN METODE KELOMPOK DI KELAS IV SDN 14 ENAM LINGKUNG KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN

Abstrak

Based on the experience of researchers at SDN 14 Enam Lingkung that low class IV student learning outcomes in mathematics due to the low attention of students to learn. The research problems are the result of Group Method Is to study mathematics Geometry and Measurement in the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 14 Padang Pariaman Enam Lingkung be increased? The aim of this study was to determine the improvement of mathematics student learning outcomes with Group Method in class IV Elementary School 14 Enam Lingkung Padang Pariaman district. This research is a classroom action research. The research subject is the entire fourth grade students enrolled in the second semester of academic year 2014/2015, amounting to 22 students consisting of 11 men and 11 women. The research instrument is a teacher activity observation sheet, and achievement test. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of students' mastery learning cycle I and II are 54.55% and 81.82%. This means an increase learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 14 Enam Lingkung after using Group Method. Based on these results, it is suggested teachers can use Group Methods to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics.
