Learning is a process of change in human behavior for the better. In the school environment, such changes can be seen through the learning achievement. To achieve good learning performance, it is influenced by a variety of external factors and internal factors, namely student learning and teachers' teaching methods. The background of this study is the low mathematics achievement because student learning is not adequate, the methods used by teachers are still monotonous, and still position himself as the transferor of science, and the results of students' mathematics learning in the midterms odd still many under the Criteria Complete Minimal (KKM). The hypothesis of this study was there was an influence on student learning and teachers teaching methods to mathematics achievement of students of class VIII SMP Isam Adzkia Padang. This study was descriptive correlational study manifold with the population of all eighth grade students of SMP Islam Adzkia Padang. Data collection techniques are observation sheets, questionnaires, and tests. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that student learning and teachers 'teaching methods significantly affect students' mathematics achievement. Keywords: Student Learning, Teaching Methods Teachers, Mathematics A
