This research is motivated by the results of students' mathematics learning is still low. Research knowing learning outcomes of students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Sphere Ampek Upper South Coast are learning to apply cooperative learning model play better answer than the mathematics learning outcomes of students who apply regular learning. The sampling technique drawn randomly selected experimental class is VIII_1 class and control class is the class VIII_2 elected. Based on data analysis of both classes were normally distributed and homogeneous samples. Statistical tests were used to test the hypothesis is t-test. Hypothesis test results while t_tabel >t_hitung = 2.76 = 1.68 for t_hitung> t_tabel H_0 then the hypothesis is rejected, then accepted hypothesis is the hypothesis H_1 means the most accepted hypothesis is the hypothesis H_1. Thus, the hypothesis is accepted is that the mathematics learning outcomes of students who apply cooperative learning model play better answer than the result of learning mathematics students who use regular learning in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Sphere Ampek Hulu South Shore.
