Abstract

Research it is based on with unemployment number the community in the city pariaman, the term unemployment used in various sense pertaining to it such an activity someone, unemployment referred to in this research was community activities daily, as: not having a job, and have worked but only for several days because they do not have regular work. In accordance with the message of the constitution 1945 , local government , that organizes and take care of own affairs of government according to the principles of autonomy and co-administration funds , to speed up the realization of welfare the community and spread development through improving , service , empowerment , by taking into account the principle of democracy .With an increase in unemployment each year due to by several things as follows: lack of job opportunities , communication less smoothly , less like wages received , the low level of education the community and human resources minimal . This study aims to 1 .To know the impact of autonomy over unemployment in the city pariaman , 2 .To know the difference between growth job opportunities with job seekers in pariaman city , 3 .To know government action to tackle unemployment in the city pariaman . The kind of research that is used is qualitative , an instrument that is used is observation , poll , interviews and documentation .The research results show that , jakarta societies to work very large , but with the low level of education , and lack of job opportunities leads to the increasing the unemployment.
