KEMAMPUAN MENULIS KARANGAN ARGUMENTASI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA GAMBAR SISWA KELAS X SMK YPM ZAIN KECAMATAN NAN SABARIS KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN

Abstrak

ABSTRACT

Purpose of this study was to describe the ability to write essay argument with using media images graders X SMK YPM Zain Padang Pariaman Kecamatan Nan Sabaris.  The opinions used in the analysis of data is the opinion expressed by Finoza (2010) describes a bouquet of argument has the characteristics: (1) the explaratron of the reason or denial in such way affects the confidence of the reader in order to approve it. (2) find  the solution to a problem (3) describe a issues without the need to reach a settlement. This type of research is qualitative research by using descriptive method. Based on the analysis of the data acquisition results of essay writing ability arguments by using media images graders X SMK YPM Zain Padang Pariaman Kecamatan Nan Sabaris regency students can be grouped into 7 qualifiers. 7 these qualifications, as many as 9 students (47.37%) are in perfect qualification, 2 students (9.36%) are in good qualifications, 2 students (7.02%) are in qualification is more than adequate, 2 Siwa (5.85%) are in qualifying nearly enough, 1 students (2.3%) are in less qualified, and 2 students (3.51%) are at once less qualification. Based on this study, it can be concluded that the ability to write argumentation students are on a good qualification, obtained from the total number of students at 1511.12 value divided by the number of students as many as 19 people to obtain an average value of 79.54 students. This explains that the students had been able to write the essay's argument by using media images because student scores already above the average of the KKM is 75 in school
