PENINGKATAN MINAT DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA MELALUI MODEL CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) SISWA KELAS IV SDN 13 BATU GADANG KECAMATAN LUBUK KILANGAN PADANG
Abstrak
This study aims to encourage and increase student learning outcomes IPA through Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) model fourth grade students of SDN 13 13 Batu Gadang Lubuk Kilangan Padang. This research is action research (PTK). The study consisted of two cycles each cycle consisting of two meetings includes four stages: planning, action, observation and reflection. This research data in the form of information about the process and outcome data get from action observation and tests. Subjects were students in the fourth grade totaling 31 people. Data analysis was performed using a model of qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Results of research interest to ask the students in the first cycle is 43.55% increased in the second cycle to 77.42%. Communicating interest in cycle I is 31.65% increased in the second cycle into 69.36%. Cognitive learning outcomes of students in the first cycle is 74.31% increased in the second cycle becomes 82.5%. Psychomotor learning outcomes of students in the first cycle that 63.84% increase in cycle II became 81.19%. It can be concluded from learning science by using model Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) can increase interest and learning outcomes IPA fourth grade students of SDN 13 13 Batu Gadang Lubuk Kilangan. Based on the research results suggested primary school teachers in order to familiarize learners to be active and creative thinking, so as to increase the interest and student learning outcomes
