PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPS MENGGUNAKAN MODEL STUDENT TEAM ACHIVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) DI SDN 01 PANCUNG SOAL

           This research is aimed to increase an activity and study result of the students by using the STAD type of co-operative model. This researchtype is a class actionresearchwhich is consist of  4 categories those are such as “ planning, executing, observingand reflectingâ€. Thisresearchis held during 2 cycles whereas in one cycle is donefor twice meetings and the ending meeting is conductedby written testing to notice the students’competences.Subject of thestudents’researchsare at the fifthclass of SDN 01 Pancung Soal totalized 20 instrumental persons which they are the observation sheetsof the student and teacher activitiesand the test results of student studies. Based on the research results which have been done for them thus they have become as the activities increasing of the students at the cycle of I. it is average of  42,7 and going up to become 78,7 at the  cycle of II. Students do the quizzes for expanding until 100 % at the cycle of II. Meanwhile , those are the  results of the students learn in the completed competences for the students at the cycle of I for 55% it is going up to become 78% at the cycle of II. It is  also a classical average 62,0 at the  cycle ofI it is going up to become 78,05at the  cycle of II. Thereby it can be concluded that the study by using the model of STAD can have  earned to increase theactivityand the study result of student’s IPS
