PERANCANGAN ALAT BANTU PROSES PRODUKSI ROTI UNTUK MEMINIMASI KELUHAN MUSCULOSKELETAL BERDASARKAN METODE OCRA DAN RULA
Abstract
The process of making bread is a job that requires human labor, this work is also done repeatedly for a long time. The work that is done repeatedly for a long time poses a risk of Musculoskeletal complaint. The role of the facility and equipment ergonomic work is very important in this activity to minimize the risk. Yanna Bakery is an industry which is engaged in bread production. In the production process very dominant role of man as the work is done manually. This resulted in complaints of workers in some parts of the body. Based on the results of the questionnaire NBM (Nordic Body Map) contained the biggest complaints in the back, arms, shoulders, and the right hand workers. Burning process is a process that requires the operator bent almost 90 degrees, which is considered state of the posture of the health problems that can lead to musculoskeletal disorders. Based on observations using the OCRA (Occuptional Repetitive Action) method, obtained Index OCRA value for right hand that is equal to 8.56 and for left hand that equal to 7.84 with red colour area and category of risk average. Based on observation using the RULA (Ruppid Upper Limb Assesment) method, obtained Grand Score the biggest value 6, 10 with category action 7 and risk level higth, needed improvement now. Therefore, the design of a tools in the form of a trolley rack to minimize musculoskeletal complaints by using anthropometric data.. After the design of the tools, Grand score value decreased to 2, 2 with category action 2 and risk level minimum, it’s mean the work already safe.
