ANALISIS RISIKO MUSCULOSKELETAL DISORDERS PADA PEKERJA PEMBUATAN KUE CANGKING DENGAN METODA WERA (WORKPLACE ERGONOMIC RISK ASSESSMENT)
Abstract
The process of made a cangking cake requires human labor in which the worker works in a sitting position with repetitive work movements. In addition, facilities used by workers became tired quickly, because the energy released cause a complaint against the muscle. To find out how big complaints on the worker's body then interviewed the workers. Based on the results of NBM questionnaires (Nordic Body Map) there were a frequent complaint to the workers, as for shoulders, neck, wrist, back and legs, this could cause health problems called musculoskeletal disorders. Based on observations by the WERA (Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment) method, the final score of 29-30 workers was obtained at the medium level. After designed on the work facilities, the final score to 23 was a minimum level which means was good to used by workers.Keyword: MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders), NBM, WERA
